TURKEY BALLS
From Fiona
"This is a great recipe to make as a main meal, or to put in the fridge for snacks. I make them without pepper for
my daughter because they are fantastic and healthy finger food for toddlers."

Preheat oven to 180°C. 350F
Lightly spray a baking dish with Olive Oil spray, wipe away excess with paper towel.
Place garlic and onion (juice also) into a small frying pan and cook for 5mins to take rawness out of the onion.
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with hands. Roll mixtures into balls & place in a baking dish.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes, turning after 20.

All recipes say 1 serving but the amounts in the recipes seem to be a lot more than just one serving. 14 cups of Cottage cheese for the turkey balls? Is that correct?
