SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS

"I love a good pasta, and this one is delicious and rich!
I use my Turkey meatballs and turn them into a delicious spaghetti and meatball dinner."

 Leftover Turkey meatballs (see above)
 3 tbsp Tomato paste
 1 Chopped tomatoes
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 Onion, chopped
 Various herbs of your choosing - I love dried rosemary, oregano and basil
 Fresh garlic, minced
 12 Zucchinis

Reheat your turkey balls either in the microwave or in the oven.

Add garlic and onion to a pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, herbs and Worcestershire and let simmer on a medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring until combined. Add the Turkey balls and let simmer on low.

Peel skin off a zucchini. Then over a plate or bowl peel the zucchini into strips until you reach the seeds.

Pour sauce over a raw zucchini and eat! the raw zucchini tastes much like al dente pasta.
