Roasted Broccoli with Almonds

 3 cups Broccoli (chopped into florets)
 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
 ¼ cup Sliced Almonds
 Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss broccoli florets with avocado oil, and lay in a single layer across the baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and toss the broccoli florets, adding in the almonds, sea salt, and pepper. Return to the oven and roast for 10 more minutes, or until tender. Enjoy!
