
AMAZING TAPFIT LASAGNE

"This is my favourite recipe! I love love love this lasagne. It made me realise I could love healthy food.
It feels so decadent and naughty but it is SO healthy."

Splash/spray some oil in a pan.
Fry garlic & onion, add mushrooms, cook mince, add tomatoes, zucchini & carrot. Mix in paste & herbs. Add blended cauliflower.
Simmer all until mushrooms soft & tomatoes softer. In a separate tub, mix ricotta and spinach.
In an oven dish place a layer of bread, a layer of meat mix, repeat layers again, then a layer of ricotta/spinach mix on top. Break up a piece of bread to add some crunch to the top.
Bake at 180°C/350F for about 20mins.
